The G Max Vibrating Ring was not vibrating at all. I enable the on-switch but no effect.

Hie try to open the G Max Vibrator and check if the batteries are connected properly there’s a paper that you need to remove in the battery compartment. Do contact our sales team if that was done and battery change failed.
