We deliver nationwide across Namibia. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Windhoek in plain brown boxes. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Weekend orders will only be processed on the Monday and orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. A tracking number from the courier will be provided via email the same day your order is collected by the courier.

 

Delivery Cost

Delivery to your door:

We all like something for free. If you place an order with us for over N$1200 - we will deliver it to your door for FREE!

Below this amount, standard delivery costs N$99 to any area within Namibia and take 1-5 working days. The exact timelines depend on your exact location and courier capacity.

For delivery around Windhoek (within a 50km radius of Windhoek CBD), we offer same day & next-working-day delivery which costs N$50.

Currently, we only ship to street addresses and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. In the event of your parcel requires a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.

Nampost to Nampost

For those who are not available to receive the delivery, we can also send your parcel to the Nampost branch nearest to you where you have 30 days to collect the parcel.

 

Delivery Times*

Packages are only dispatched on weekdays (Monday to Friday) within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Deliveries typically take 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday) to all main centres within Namibia. All other areas are usually 24 – 48 hours extra. Please see below to check if you're in the main centre.

Orders are dispatched with one of our couriers depending on your location and the delivery option you selected. Please note that once your parcel has left us and is in the hands of the courier then it is the responsibility of the courier to get your parcel to you as soon as possible and we have no control over duration or delivery times. Keep in mind that these courier companies do not deliver over weekends and certain smaller towns are not served every day, but if you live in these areas you already know this

  • Local Windhoek Deliveries (Playroom delieveries): 1 - 1.5 working days
  • Nationwide Main Centre (Coastal Couriers/Aramex, NAMPOST): 2 - 3 working days
  • Nationwide Regional Centre (Coastal Couriers/Aramex, NAMPOST): 3 - 5 working days

Main Centres: There are too many areas to list all destinations, but 50km around each of the following areas is usually considered a main Centre: Windhoek, Swakopmund, Walvis Bay, Otjiwarongo, Okahandja, Luderitz, Rehoboth, Rundu, Katima, Oshakati, Grootfontein, Gobabis, Keetmanshoop

Parcel Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately. The tracking notification you receive will include a tracking number and link to the tracking website of the courier used. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be live on the courier website. If you have any issues finding your tracking number, feel free to contact us.

 

Undelivered Parcels

It is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Should the courier not be able to deliver due to the incorrect address provided or should the courier not be able to reach you at the phone number provided then your parcel might be returned to us after a number of failed delivery attempts - the cost to resend your parcel would be for your account.

Should the courier deliver the parcel to the incorrect address provided, we will not be held responsible should parcels be signed for and collected at the incorrect delivery address provided.

Should you not collect your parcel from Postnet within 30 days of its arrival, Postnet will dispose of the parcel.
